Currently when you try to import cost on tracking numbers it does not allow if you do not have all tracking numbers for a order. once you have the per box cost feature please allow to update only part of a order.

We need this urgent to update invoice data for UPS with adjustments but many times it fails because they dont have all tracking numbers.
