Please add the option to apply a percentage-based shipping markup for GOFO, the same way it currently works for FedEx and UPS.

We would also like this markup feature to be available for Amazon Buy Shipping.

This will allow us to set custom shipping markups for each carrier and better manage our shipping costs.
