We want to restrict shipping costly items with USPS. We would like to set limits for each ship type. If the order total value exceeds a certain limit, that ship type should not be allowed. Likewise, if any item on the order has a default price total value that exceeds the limit, even when order is 0, that ship type should not be allowed.
